Our Weight Loss Monthly Meal Plan is our lower-carb subscription designed for clients who want to eat well, feel satisfied, and stay consistent with their goals without relying too much on heavy carbs. Twice a week, you’ll receive a selection of chef-crafted meals made with quality proteins, plenty of vegetables, and balanced portions to help support a healthier lifestyle and sustainable weight loss.

This plan is ideal for those looking to reduce excess carbs without giving up flavor or convenience. Every meal is prepared fresh and designed to make healthy eating easier during busy weeks.

Our chef-prepared meals are nutrient-dense, flavorful, and portion-balanced. With two weekly deliveries, you’ll always have fresh, ready-to-eat meals that make healthy eating simple and convenient.

Who is this meal plan designed for?

Our meal plans are designed for busy professionals, fitness-focused individuals, families, and anyone looking to eat healthier without spending hours cooking or meal prepping.

Many clients using GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, or Zepbound® also choose a meal plan to stay consistent with balanced portions, adecuate protein intake, and controlled carbohydrates.

A better you without processed foods

Reducing processed foods and refined sugars can dramatically improve overall nutrition and energy levels.

Our meals are designed to help nourish your body while still delivering flavorful, satisfying dishes made with real ingredients.

Shipping and Delivery

Order Processing

Orders for the upcoming week can be placed any time between Wednesday and Tuesday at 11:59 PM.

At midnight Tuesday, the ordering window closes and our kitchen begins processing orders and sourcing ingredients for production.

Orders placed after the cutoff will automatically be scheduled for the following week’s delivery cycle.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries take place twice per week on Sunday and Wednesday evenings.

Delivery windows run between 7:00 PM and 3:00 AM depending on the delivery route and geographic zone.

Because our routes cover a large service area, some locations may receive deliveries later in the evening or early morning hours.

Delivery Area

Our delivery service currently covers Homestead to Boca Raton, including most areas throughout Miami-Dade and southern Broward County.

Delivery Instructions

Meals are delivered in insulated cooler bags with ice packs to help maintain safe temperatures during transport.

Drivers will follow the delivery instructions provided during checkout.

If the client is not home, meals will be safely left at the designated location.

For northern routes such as Pompano Beach or Boca Raton, meals are packed with additional ice packs due to overnight delivery routes.

Redelivery Policy

If our driver attempts delivery and the client is unavailable or does not respond to communication, the order will be returned to our kitchen.

The order will then be scheduled for redelivery on the next available delivery day.

A $25 redelivery fee will be charged to the card on file.

Cooler Bag Return Policy

Meals are delivered in reusable insulated cooler bags.

Clients should leave the empty cooler bag outside during their next delivery so our drivers can collect it.

If a cooler bag is not returned, a $15 replacement fee will be charged to the card on file.

Pickup Orders

Meals scheduled for pickup must be collected within 72 hours of the original pickup date.

After this time we cannot guarantee food safety and meals may need to be safely disposed of.
